80-Character Serial LCD Annunciator

The 315-080 is a compact, backlit, 80-character LCD fire annunciator that mimics the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) display. It provides system status indicators for AC Power, Alarm, Trouble, Supervisory and Alarm Silenced conditions. The 315-080 and the FACP communicate over a 2-wire serial interface employing the Repeater-Bus communication format. Connected devices are powered – via two additional wires – by either the host FACP or a remote UL-listed, filtered power supply.

The 315-080 displays English-language text of system point information including device type, zone, independent point alarm, trouble or supervisory status, as well as any custom alpha labels programmed into the control panel. It includes control switches for remote control of critical system functions. A key switch prevents unauthorised operation of the control switches.

Up to eight 315-080 repeaters may be connected to the Repeater-Bus of each FACP. No programming is required, which saves time during system commissioning.

LED Driver Module

The 315-040 LED driver module can be used in a wide variety of applications including as an interface with the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) to drive most customised graphic annunciators. It comes in a plastic enclosure that may be mounted inside a custom annunciator or accessory cabinet, and can drive up to 40 LEDs. The 315-040 and the FACP communicate over a 2-wire serial interface employing the RS485 Repeater-Bus communication format. An additional two wires are used for 24-volt DC power. A single four-conductor unshielded cable may be used for both power and data communications. Up to eight RS485 Repeater-Bus devices may be connected to the RS485 Repeater-Bus of each FACP.

Photoelectric Detector

The HM-PSE-UL addressable, low-profile plug-in photoelectric detector uses a state-of-the-art photoelectric sensing chamber with communications to provide open area protection. It is used exclusively with Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). Since this detector is addressable, it can help emergency personnel quickly locate a fire during its early stages, saving precious rescue time while also helping to minimise property damage. It comes with two LEDs on each sensor light to provide a local, visible sensor indication. It uses one of 159 or 59 detector addresses on a control panel SLC loop

Constructed from fire-resistant plastic, the HM-PSE-UL boasts a number of fire-sensing features including a uni-polar chamber that is 2X more responsive than most photoelectric sensors. This makes this device ideal for protection from smouldering fires and a broad range of smoke conditions. It uses a detachable mounting base (included) to simplify installation, service and maintenance.

Multi-sensing Detector

The HM-PTSE-UL thermal detector is an intelligent, addressable, multi-sensing, low-profile detector designed for Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP). The detector uses a combination of photoelectric and thermal sensing technologies to reduce the likelihood of false alarms. Unlike traditional intelligent detectors, the HM-PTSE-UL has a microprocessor that processes alarm data and allows the detector to adjust its sensitivity to the environment automatically without operator intervention or control panel programming. It uses one of 159 or 59 detector addresses on a control panel SLC loop

The HM-PTSE-UL uses a separate base for simple installation, service and maintenance. Areas where the detector is especially useful include office complexes, schools, college campuses as well as manufacturing and industrial facilities.

It provides reliable protection for open areas and can be used with addressable Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). The HM-FHSE-UL sensor provides fixed temperature detection at 135°F (57°C) and addressable property protection for a variety of applications. It uses one of 159 or 59 detector addresses on a control panel SLC loop. It responds to regular polls from the control panel, and reports type and status.

The HM-FHSE-UL thermal detector comes with two LEDs for local, visible sensor indication. This plug-in, intelligent thermal detector is constructed from fire-resistant plastic and boasts an appealing design. It uses a detachable base (included) to simplify installation, service and maintenance. A remote LED annunciator capability is available using an optional accessory, the RI/007H.

Addressable Monitor Module

The HM-DMMI-UL is a standard-sized module (typically mounts to a 4”/10.16 cm square box) that supervises Class B circuit of dry contact input devices such as four-wire smoke detectors, manual fire alarm pull stations, water flow devices or other normally open, dry contact alarm activation devices. It also monitors and powers two-wire smoke detector circuits.

The device uses one of the available module addresses on an SLC loop. It responds to regular polls from the control panel and reports its type and the status (open/normal/short) of its Initiating Device Circuit (IDC). A flashing panel-controlled LED indicates that the module communicates with the control panel. The LED steadily illuminates when an alarm starts (subject to current loop limitations).

Addressable Monitor Module

The HM-MM3E-UL is a miniature module (1.3” H x 2.75” W x 0.65” D) that supervises Class B circuit of dry contact input devices. Featuring a compact design, the HM-MM3E-UL can be mounted in a single-gang box behind the device it monitors. It is powered directly by a two-wire SLC loop so no additional power is required. It responds to regular polls from the control panel and reports its type and the status (open/normal/short) of its Initiating Device Circuit (IDC). The HM-MM3E-UL provides high noise (EMF/RFI) immunity, and features tinned, stripped leads for easy wiring.

Addressable Monitor Module

The HM-DCZRM-UL is a standard-sized module used to monitor and supervise compatible two-wire, 24-Volt, smoke detectors on a Class B circuit. The individual address of each module is selected using built-in rotary switches. It supervises IDC wiring and connection of external power sources. This module transmits the status (normal, open, or alarm) of one full zone of conventional detectors back to the control panel.

Fault Isolator Module

The HM-DISO-UL Fault Isolator Module is used with Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs) to protect the system against wire-to-wire short circuits on the SLC loop. The device should be placed between each device on the SLC loop to isolate a short circuit problem between the modules. It is required for true Style 7 operation, so that other devices can continue to operate normally in the event of a short circuit on the SLC. It supports a maximum of 25 devices in-between isolators.
